Freshly squeezed orange juice at breakfast.
I experienced constant noise disruptions from the square, especially during the night. The absence of any in-room coffee or tea facilities was a significant letdown. the service was inconsistent. the reception was often unmanned, making it difficult to get assistance when needed.

The location was perfect for our visit, easy walking distance to attractions. Breakfast was superb, especially watching the team slice ham on a vintage machine. Beautiful, tasteful decor made our stay pleasant.
Room heating was a concern, feeling rather cold at times,, and service availability seemed inconsistent. Noise from nearby events disrupted our sleep.

The spacious rooms are clean and well-decorated, offering a comfortable place to crash after a long day of exploring. Breakfast is decent with freshly squeezed orange juice that hits the spot.
Unfortunately, noise from the square can keep you up at night, particularly during events. The lack of in-room coffee or tea facilities is a letdown, especially when you're paying a premium. I found the heating was a bit shaky. it felt too cold at times, and the Wi-Fi service could be slow. Communication is also an issue due to the reception being unmanned, which made it tough when we needed assistance after hours.

i had an amazin stay at hotel bliss! the location was perfect, super close to all the main attractions and easy to find. the staff were so friendly and really helped me when i sprained my ankle, even brought me breakfast in my room! the twin room with view was comfy and clean, definetly worth it. breakfast was good with some fresh fruit too.
the only negatives were that there were no tea and coffee facilities in the room and also the sound insulation could be better since i heard a bit too much from outside.

Great breakfast with air conditioning, but I struggled with luggage storage access.

The location was superb, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. Breakfast was delightful, particularly the variety of fresh salads offered. Unfortunately, the room itself was disappointing. issues included a malfunctioning television, dust accumulation, and a lock that failed to secure the door properly. a blend of great location and enjoyable dining was overshadowed by significant maintenance concerns in the room.

Great spot for exploring Bruges!
The location was spot on for hitting up the Zandfeesten antiques market, super easy walk to everything. Breakfast was a highlight, especially watching the team slice ham on that old-school machine! Just wish there was more noise control at night. it got a bit loud. Loved the in-room breakfast option, though.
